Agree a small number of clear and achievable mental health and wellbeing priorities
Create a realistic and practical plan for how these priorities will be achieved
Build a plan that helps people stay well at work and access support when needed.
Develop your plan so it is relevant and accessible to everyone.

This should include people across different roles, working patterns and locations (eg. hybrid, remote, frontline)

Ensure priorities, support and communications reflect the different mental health needs and experiences of people across your workforce
