Mindful Employer's Mentally Healthy Workplace Toolkit tick in bright blue on a light blue background

Our benchmarking tool helps you to understand your organisation's current approach to workplace mental health and wellbeing.

About the tool

Use this tool to reflect on your organisation's current approach to workplace mental health, identify priorities and decide where to begin exploring the Toolkit.

It's not a test and there is no pass mark. The purpose is to help you identify strengths, gaps and opportunities for improvement, and to help you decide where to begin exploring the website.

You do not need to work through the website in order. Many organisations choose to start with the areas that are most relevant to their workforce, organisational priorities or current challenges.

How the tool works

There are three themes that we have grouped tasks into: Leading the Way, Designing Good Work and Supporting your People. With a simple scale of 0-3. You'll answer if you have certain measures fully in place, mostly, partly or not yet in place.

These numbers aren't a representation of how good or bad your workplace mental health and wellbeing approach is – they're to help you understand what areas your organisation should focus on and prioritise in your journey to creating an environment that.

Next steps after using the tool

Once you have your results to identify the themes and tasks that are most relevant to your organisation, you're ready to explore the Toolkit for practical actions, resources, case studies and guidance that support those priorities.

Explore the different themes and see what steps you can implement to improve your organisation's current approach to workplace mental health and wellbeing.
